Guest Policies
When visiting The Stovall House, please abide by the following policies:
Privacy
Photography and film are not permitted in The Stovall House, with a strict no-press policy for Members and their guests. Please respect the privacy of others and ensure no photographs or footage of the Club, staff members or fellow members are posted, shared, or circulated.
Members will be held accountable if they disclose or identify any other members or guests who visit the Club to any media written communication, radio, television or online news media. This also includes all social media platforms. For clarification, this means no posting club-oriented images on social media.
Members are responsible for notifying all guests of The Stovall House privacy policy.
Valet
Valet only when you arrive on property. The Stovall House is a zero cash club; tipping is not permitted.
Dress Code
The Stovall House is proficient in smart dress. Clean, non-sport sneakers are accepted, but only when worn with sufficiently smart attire. Collared golf/polo shirts and jeans are permitted, as long as they are not torn or scruffy. T-shirts, sports clothes, shorts (non denim), and baseball hats are accepted before 5PM. Collared shirts are required for men after 5PM.
For the summer months, shorts are permitted after 5PM and all athletic clothing is permitted in the outdoor areas of property.
Please note, any decision regarding the suitability of a member's appearance will be entirely at the discretion of the management. Kindly ensure that the dress code is conveyed to guests.
Guests
Each household shall be allowed to entertain a total of two guests in Harry’s Bar. Guest limitations are not applicable in The Orangery dining room so long as tables do not exceed 10. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests are aware of The Stovall House privacy policies and comply with all other member rules and policies. Members are subject to suspension or termination of membership if their guests violate said rules.
Guests must be accompanied by a member on property unless they are checked into one of our suites. Members must check in all guests at the front desk. Guests must exit the property when a member leaves the property. A guest of a member is only allowed one visit on property per calendar month. Single Members may designate a significant other; monthly guest limitations will not apply in this scenario. A significant other must be accompanied by the member.
Phones
Respect other members around you. No calls may be made or answered indoors while on premise. We ask that you accept or make cell phone calls outdoors and away from other members who are enjoying the club’s amenities. Mobile devices must be set to silent, meeting, or vibrate mode at all times.
